As our products are produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given.
Please note it is not possible to give multiple alternatives for the delivery address.
It is your duty to ensure that your requested delivery date is suitable for either yourself or your gift recipient to accept an order.
Postage and packaging charges for cancelled orders will not be refunded unless the order is cancelled prior to despatch.
We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.
Please note it is a requirement of the courier company that we must have the telephone number at the delivery address.
Unless you are contacted by our sales team, your goods will be despatched on the agreed date. Please allow up to 7–10 working days for delivery.
Please note that we “Tipsy Treats Company” cannot track the exact location of your order during the day, if your order has not arrived within 10 working days please call us and we will do our upmost to track the parcel and ascertain an estimated time of arrival.
It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within 24 hours (We will respond to your query as soon as possible)
Our Artisan cakes are made in small batches. As such, variations in weight and appearance may occur.
All our cakes are produced in an environment where allergens are present.

By purchasing our products in person, on-line, by phone or any other form, you acknowledge that you understand the above.
It is your responsibility to forward the above information to friends, family, guests and colleagues that allergens are present and carry out your own risk assessment.
When you as a customer place an at Tipsy Treats Company via website, Instagram, Facebook or telephone you warrant by placing the order that:
1.You are 18 years of age or above. You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
2.The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
3.You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Tipsy Treats Co accepts returns within 14 days if the product is not as described, an incorrect order or not fit for consumption. Photographic evidence must also be supplied.
Contact must be made via telephone or written consent and the matter discussed fully prior to the refund being given. Any refund given will be returned to the original card method. There are no cash refunds.
No products may be returned to Tipsy Treats Co without prior written consent of Tipsy Treats Co and are subject to a return charge.
We do not refund for “change of mind” or taste preference. Cakes must be returned to us, at your own cost, in their original condition, intact (whole) and unopened, before a refund is agreed.
Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers’ demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockdown, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, Severe Weather or other causes beyond the control of Tipsy Treats.
